About Us

At Grace Christian, we believe that grace is for everyone! This guiding belief led our two churches to unite in 2020 as a shared ministry, creating a welcoming place for all. First Christian Church, rooted in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) since 1882, carries a rich history and tradition of faith. Grace Presbyterian Chapel, established in 2015, is part of the Presbyterian USA tradition.


The decision to merge stemmed from our shared values and a common mission: to create a vibrant community where individuals, regardless of their background, can experience the love and grace of God. Our congregations recognized the strength in unity and the opportunity to better serve our community by combining resources and talents. Together, we celebrate diverse backgrounds, welcoming everyone—from seasoned believers to those seeking spiritual significance for the first time.
